UK flagPopulation:

With 60 million inhabitants and 625 inhabitants / mi˛ (249 inhabitants / km˛), the United Kingdom is one of the most crowded country in the world.

Most of the population is concentrated in England (51 million people).

Population growth has been static recently.

25 million tourists visits Britain every year.


Foreign Community:

London is the world's most ethnically diverse city. There are about 5% of immigrants or their descendants in Britain coming from Commonwealth countries (Especially the Caribbean, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and Africa).
