If you're not alone investing in the area, then it may be a good spot. A large estate agency is opening an office: this means that they did the research and decided to invest. A lots of new flats or houses. The type of thoses property will be a good indicator of what is in demand. Major companies investing in the area means employment. Governement and council large scale plans and improvements. Note that this can affect the atmosphere of the area which is not always what buyers want.
A new name for a neighbourhood which puts it as a distinct area. Other good signs: Major banks are in the area. Chain stores, supermarket, smart cafés are opening.Business professionals residents or families. Good looking properties. |
